8 slices of country-style bread
4 slices of leftover tri-tip
4 slices of cheddar cheese
mayonnaise

Directions
Pre-heat under medium heat on a stove top a flat griddle pan. Spread thin layer of mayonnaise evenly onto one side of bread using a table knife. Place the bread on pan, mayonnaise side down. Place one slice of cheese onto 4 slices of bread. Place a slice of tri-tip on the remaining 4 slices. Grill bread until it is lightly browned and toasted. Take off heat and place 1 slice of tri-tip together with a slice of cheese bread. Repeat with remaining slices.
